  • A thorough Sales or Talent Acquisition professional with 6-10 Years' experience with deep exposure to the fast growing Auto, Electric Vehicles and Lithium-Ion batteries space.

  • Should have been part of a ramp-up journey in a start-up or new business division within an established corporate connects.

  • Experienced in Sales, Business Development or in Executive Search space mainly for Auto, Electric Vehicles and Lithium-Ion batteries

  • Proven experience in Stakeholder management

  • A high achiever with proven track record

  • Passionate about Executive Search / TA domain

  • Entrepreneurial mindset of growing the vertical

  • Result oriented with a high degree of ownership

  • Inherently oriented towards Customer satisfaction

  • Ability to multi-task and tackle pressure situations

  • Proactive, Agile and strategic

  • Impeccable Communication skills
