Anjana leads the Asset Management and Wealth Management vertical within the Financial Services Practice and is based out of our Mumbai office. She brings with her more than 23 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources especially across recruitment, compensation, performance appraisal, strategic consulting and other contemporary aspects. In her previous role as HR Head with Centrum for 9 years, a growing multi vertical Financial Services Company, she led various strategic HR projects including strategic talent acquisition at the leadership level.

Anjana's forte lies in talent acquisition having spent several years with search firms like CHR Global and ABC Consultants in the consulting and financial services space. She has developed deep domain understanding of different businesses like Investment Banking, Debt, Private Equity, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Forex, Credit, Institutional Equities, Funds etc through her long stint in the Financial Services space.

She is Management Graduate from Fore School of Management, Delhi and a Post Graduate in Philosophy from Hindu College. She is a fitness enthusiast and an avid long distance runner, having run over 55 marathons and ultra marathons across India and abroad.
