Milan leads the Banking and NBFC vertical within the Financial Services Practice and is based out of our Mumbai office. He brings with him over 17 years of work experience, of which the last 13+ years have been in Executive Search and Leadership Hiring.

Most recently, he served as Head – Financial Services with ABC Consultants, and prior to that was Director with See & Recruit. Prior to his journey in the executive search domain, he served as a Head Quality Assurance with Citigroup Global Services (now TCS) having started his career with Standard Chartered Bank into Retail Banking and Wealth Management.
