Nandita leads the Insurance & Shared Services vertical within the Financial Services Practice and is based out of our Delhi office. She is a talent acquisition expert, specialising in leadership hiring having spent her two decades of experience across Outsourcing, IT and Insurance industries. She has worked with organizations such as GECIS/GENPACT, GE Global Technology Solutions, ICICI Prudential, Firstsource, American Express and Canara HSBC Life Insurance. She comes with strong skills and network in the BFSI ecosystem, especially in the IT and Digital space. Along with her strength lying in niche skill hiring in IT and Digital domains, she excels at converting her stakeholders’ business needs to real time Human Capital solutions.

Nandita has also worked independently as a consultant, offering HR and Talent Acquisition solutions to her clients spread across varied industries. This has given her a wealth of experience both inside corporates and as a consultant to be able to understand her clients’ needs and expectations.

She is a Graduate in History from St. Stephens college and pursued further academics in Law and in Human Resources. She is a pet lover, avid traveller and a Bollywood aficionado.
