Nirupama leads the Consumer Practice based out of our Delhi office. She brings in two decades of experience gained across industry as well as search. As a search consultant, she has partnered with clients in various life stages to successfully deliver assignments. Her span includes large MNCs, established Indian conglomerates, start-ups and companies in the social sector. Her industry experience has been in the FMCG, Consumer Durable and Retail space.

Prior to search, she has worked in sales and marketing roles with organisations like Dell, Randstand and Cavinkare. She believes this puts her in the unique position of being able to understand both sides and helped her in successfully executing mainstream as well as niche requirements of clients, ranging from CEOs to leaders across finance, supply chain, marketing, operations and sales.

She holds a PGDM from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar with an undergraduate degree in Commerce. While she has found her calling in the search business, which enables her to meet and understand people from various backgrounds, her other passion is living and advocating a sustainable lifestyle. She also enjoys cooking a wide variety of cuisines.
