Shalu leads the Banking and Wealth vertical within within the Financial Services Practice and is based out of our Mumbai office. Shalu brings more than 20 years of experience in senior-level and leadership hiring within the Banking & Financial Services sector. Her core expertise lies in Banks, Private Banking, Family Offices, and Insurance placements. As a key account manager for major financial institutions, she has a proven track record of building long-term client relationships and completing numerous CXO and retained searches in BFSI. Her most recent role was as Head of Financial Services at ABC Consultants, where she led their Banking and Private Wealth divisions.

She is Commerce Graduate from CCS University, Meerut and Post Graduate in PM & IR from Symbiosis University, Pune. She is a fitness enthusiast and an avid yoga practitioner.
