She has more than 25 years of experience in recruiting senior leadership for Public & Private companies, MNCs, Startups and Private Equity-backed firms. She brings with her a comprehensive understanding of the sectors like Financial Services, Consulting, Shared Services, Non-profit, Consumer & Consumer Tech. With her consultative approach she has schmoozed with organizations globally & has partnered with organizations for Board of Director, CEO and CXO searches.

Prior to joining FyneHand, Veinu was part of ABC Consultants for 18 years in various regional, national & global roles. She has managed Consumer, Consumer Tech, Real Estate & Nonprofit sectors in her regional role. In her last profile, she led Banking, Financial Service & Consulting practice globally. In all her roles she has navigated the P&L of the business she managed.

Veinu is a thought leader in BFSI sector and is well versed with leadership trends within the senior executive landscape. She started her professional journey in 1998 as Management Trainee with boutique search & selection firm in Delhi.

A science post-graduate from Jammu University, Veinu has anchored various round tables with top professionals in last few years. Fashion enthusiast & spending time with friends keeps her busy otherwise.
