Vidhi leads the Consulting, NBFC and Digital practice and is based out of our Delhi office. She is a seasoned executive search professional with over 16 years of experience. Her expertise lies in executing senior level searches.

She was earlier associated with ABC Consultants for 15 years as a part of Financial Services & Consulting practice. During her stint with ABC, she was instrumental in setting up NBFC, Microfinance, Fintech & Small Finance Banking sectors. Her strong network spread across industry and at different levels, helped her turnaround searches with quality pool of candidates within stipulated time.

Vidhi is a Hotel Management Graduate (IHMCT, Hyderabad) and has done MBA-HR from Amity University.
