Vishal leads the Industrial Practice and is based out of our Mumbai office. He is a seasoned executive search professional with 15+ years of rich experience across sectors. Earlier, Vishal established RGF’s Industrial & Biotech practice and was the branch head for the firm in Mumbai. Prior to that he was the Vertical Head of India's largest HR search firm, Hector and Streak, where he established the business from scratch and headed a large team with P&L responsibility for Manufacturing, Chemical & Pharmaceutical sectors.

In his previous roles, Vishal has been responsible for business development, consultative selling, client acquisition and handling large key accounts. His focus has always been on hiring for senior leadership positions, mainly MD, CEO and CXOs. In his career, he has consulted and partnered with large business houses and MNCs and has developed a strong domain expertise for technical positions. He specialises in recruitment for various EPC, Power and Energy, Solar, Renewable energy, Petrochemical, Chemicals, Engineering & Manufacturing, Building Materials & Process Industries.

Vishal holds a Graduate Degree in Business Administration and plays badminton for fitness. He also likes to read on current affairs and latest trends to keep him abreast on a variety of topics.
